Next One UI 6.0 update to fix Purple line issue appears on Recents to Homescreen shift

Samsung is aware of the One UI 6.0 Purple line issue that occurs when the user jumps from Recents to Homescreen. The company’s moderator disclosed that the team is aware of the problem and a fix is coming to devices by the end of November 2023.

The company is gradually expanding its Android 14 update to eligible Galaxy devices. Some Galaxy S23 users reported that a Purple line appears when they jump to Homescreen from the Recents app pane. Well, the company committed that the fix is on its way!

The moderator said that additional improvement work is currently in progress for the background color of the home screen. The improvement is scheduled to be reflected through an update at the end of this month, which could have December’s patch too.
