Samsung’s Exynos 2400 Chip Rises from the Ashes in Galaxy S24: Game Changer Ahead?
Samsung’s in-house Exynos chipset is set to make a comeback with the next Galaxy S flagships. The Galaxy S24 series will be equipped with the Exynos 2400 processor in certain markets, other than Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy.
The company has yet to confirm the news, saying the detailed chipset strategy will only be available when the Galaxy S24 series launch is imminent. With the return of Exynos chip, the South Korean tech giant is expected to get a boost in its chip designing and chip manufacturing businesses.

In Europe, the Galaxy S24 lineup will be “100 percent” powered by the Exynos 2400 chipset, as revealed by tipster IceUniverse. Some other markets such as the United States, China, and Japan will most likely use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Leaked benchmark tests show Samsung’s Exynos chip has gotten a major boost in select functions such as its GPU performance. The average scores for the Exynos 2400 for its single- and multi-core tests were 1,530 and 6,210 on Geekbench, compared to 1,578 and 5,081 for Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy.
A complete reliance on Qualcomm chips led Samsung to spend $4.25 billion in AP purchases in the first half of 2023. That is 30 percent more than the previous year’s $3.33 billion in the first half as AP is known to take up about 20 percent of the smartphone manufacturing cost.

During the game, competitors must dodge obstacles and collect as many Galaxy Rings as possible to win. Later, SAM reacts to the player’s actions, offering a direct interaction experience between gamers and their 3D avatar.
SAM x BGS
BGS visitors can enjoy Watch Out on the main stage at the Samsung Booth. Games will be played during the intervals of the stage attractions, allowing the audience to compete in quick matches of up to three minutes.
Depending on their performance in the game, participants will be able to take home exclusive SAM items, such as sweatshirts, mousepads, and pins. It’s pretty interactive activity that the Korean tech giant has prepared for its consumers in Latin America.
