Samsung One UI 6 Beta 3 Animations – 1x and 2x
Samsung just released the One UI 6 Beta 3 update to Galaxy S23, S23 Plus and S23 Ultra. We recently explored the enhanced Video Player and bug fixes, while One UI 6 Beta 3 animations and fluidity are miles ahead of the previous Beta build.
With the first One UI 6 Beta, Samsung offered tweaked animations and transition effects to the Galaxy S23 series. Due to unstable animations, the company rolled out the ones applied in the One UI 5.1. Earlier, it was reported that the Stable One UI 6 will come with revised animations.

Meanwhile, the animations in the One UI 6 Beta 3 are miles ahead of the previous Beta update. The latest build significantly refined the fluidity and stability of animations and transition effects. Still, there’s room for improvement, but there’s decent progress in the Beta Program.

Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra users in South Korea have recently received a major One UI 6.1 (based on One UI 6.1.1) update. Though the exact dates are not clear, One UI 6.1.1 update for the Galaxy S23 series will soon be available in more countries.
According to the information, One UI 6.1.1 is expected to make its way to additional countries within the next week. While the exact timeline for the wider rollout has not yet been disclosed, the update is expected to be available in more countries next week.
One UI 6.1.1 update brings Galaxy AI’s Sketch Conversion for turning drawings into artwork and Portrait Enhancements for improved photo styles. Samsung Keyboard now features text auto-completion, while real-time translation is available for calls and text in images.
The update also includes voice-to-text conversion, better PDF management, and dynamic wallpapers that change with weather and time. It installs the Android security patch to improve system security.
At the moment, Samsung Galaxy S23 users can enjoy these new features on their devices. Users in other regions can look forward to receiving the update soon, as Samsung rolls out updates gradually.
Aside from this, the Korean tech giant has also released One UI 6.1.1 update to Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Tab S9 series in Korea. The company will soon expand this major update to these devices in more countries.
One UI 6.1.1 update for Galaxy S23 rolling out with new AI features
Samsung has pushed an Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 update for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 smartphones in Korea. It is an initial rollout so it may take some hours or days to reach all models.
Users of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 smartphones are getting One UI 6.1.1 update with builds F731NTCU3DXHA and F946NKSU3DXH9 respectively.
One UI 6.1.1 update offers several enhancements to provide a better Galaxy experience. It features Galaxy AI’s Sketch Conversion for artwork creation, improved Portrait Enhancements, and text auto-completion in Samsung Keyboard.
Users can now access real-time translation for calls and text in images, convert voice to text, manage PDFs more efficiently, and utilize dynamic wallpapers. This update also incorporates the September 2024 security patch.
Aside from this, it brings the Auto Zoon feature and the ability to shoot like a camcorder with Flex Cam to Galaxy Z Flip 6. It also supports HDR video format for the Insta Slow-mo feature in Gallery app.
To check the update, you just need to navigate to the device’s Settings, then a Software update, and Download and install. If you have received the update, install it now to get enhanced features.

This major update has also been made available for the Galaxy S23 series including the S23 FE in the same region.
