Samsung Galaxy S23 grabs August 2023 update before One UI 6 Beta

Samsung today begins rolling out the August 2023 security patch to the Galaxy S23 series. It’s a big-size firmware, which could have included new features and/or major bug fixes. It’s a big development happening before the One UI 6 Beta Program’s announcement.

Last week, Samsung began the August security update rollout, starting with the Galaxy S20 FE. A few hours back, the patch update arrived on the Galaxy M14 smartphone. Now, the company’s latest flagship lineup is joining the crew with most up-to-date security patch.

One UI 6 Beta Isn’t Too Far

Beta Program of One UI 6 was tipped to go live in the third week of the last month. Meanwhile, the company has not yet launched its Android 14 Beta activity for the Galaxy S23 smartphones. However, the August patch appears to be the last step before the devices jump to Beta firmware.

This year, Samsung might let more consumers test the new features of its Android 14 update. The company is reportedly preparing to announce the Beta test in a dozen of new markets. It’s unquestionably big news for Galaxy consumers, check the rumored countries here.
