Samsung Galaxy S23 FE gets approval for India launch

Authority in India greenlit Samsung’s Galaxy S23 FE smartphone launch in the market. As spotted by MySmartPrice, the Galaxy S23 FE was approved by BIS certification in India. The certified device carries model number S711B/DS, indicating the official launch isn’t too away.

It’s worth mentioning that the information just reveals the model number of the upcoming handset. Whether Samsung will ship the Exynos model or the Snapdragon model, still remains a mystery. However, the phone’s debut is likely to happen later this year.

In Europe and parts of Asia, the Galaxy S23 FE will bring Exynos 2200 processor. In other markets including the US, the device will have Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor along with Android 13-based One UI 5.1 software. The camera department is getting upgrades, as disclosed by rumors in the past.
