Samsung One UI 5.1.1 Beta 3 Changelog – August 2023
It’s the first day of August and Samsung starts kicking off the Beta 3 update for One UI 5.1.1 software. In South Korea, One UI 5.1.1 Beta testers can upgrade their Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Tab S8 series device to the latest Beta version.
The third One UI 5.1.1 Beta update carries PDA build version ending with ZWGB for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and ZWGA for the Galaxy Tab S8/S8+/S8Ultra. In addition to model-specific enhancements, the firmware brings bug fixes and stability improvements.

Mark the Date: One UI 6.1.1 update scheduled for Galaxy S23 and other smartphones in Canada
Samsung has recently rolled out the Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 update for its Galaxy S23 series and older foldable devices in South Korea. The company plans to extend this update to more regions, reportedly next week. Users of the Samsung Galax S23 series, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 5, and Galaxy Z Flip 5 will get the One UI 6.1.1 update in Canada next week.
As per the latest information from Fido’s software update schedule, Canadian users of the above-mentioned devices will receive a new software update on September 17, 2024.
On this date, users with Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra will get both the August 2024 security patch and the new One UI 6.1.1 features in Canada. The Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 will also receive this update on the same day.
However, the Galaxy S23 FE will also receive the One UI 6.1.1 update but with the September 2024 security patch on September 17 in Canada. The update will be between 2.3GB and 3.1GB in size.
One UI 6.1.1 update is a major upgrade, which brings several new features to enhance the user experience. It also comes with advanced Galaxy AI features, which promise to improve the functionality and performance of these devices through smarter and more intuitive interactions.

Samsung has pushed an Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 update for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 smartphones in Korea. It is an initial rollout so it may take some hours or days to reach all models.
Users of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 smartphones are getting One UI 6.1.1 update with builds F731NTCU3DXHA and F946NKSU3DXH9 respectively.
One UI 6.1.1 update offers several enhancements to provide a better Galaxy experience. It features Galaxy AI’s Sketch Conversion for artwork creation, improved Portrait Enhancements, and text auto-completion in Samsung Keyboard.
Users can now access real-time translation for calls and text in images, convert voice to text, manage PDFs more efficiently, and utilize dynamic wallpapers. This update also incorporates the September 2024 security patch.
Aside from this, it brings the Auto Zoon feature and the ability to shoot like a camcorder with Flex Cam to Galaxy Z Flip 6. It also supports HDR video format for the Insta Slow-mo feature in Gallery app.
