How to fix black screen issue on Samsung Galaxy devices
Some users of Samsung Galaxy smartphones have reported a problem with the lock screen, where the screen turns black and only the top indicator bar and bottom navigation bar are visible. This happened when an app on the lock screen is closed while the phone is locked.
To fix this issue, you can turn the screen off and on, or fold and unfold the device if it is foldable. However, this is not a permanent solution. To prevent the black screen issue from happening again, you need to update your device software to the latest version.
Samsung has announced that the company plans to release software that improves the phenomenon and fixes the bug. To update your device software, you just need to go to Settings >> Software update >> Download and install.
Some Samsung Galaxy users have reported that their keyboard theme is not applied properly after updating their software to One UI 6. The issue seems to be related to the color palette feature, which allows users to customize the background color of their home screen and lock screen.
As per Samsung, the keyboard theme may not match the user’s preference when the color palette is enabled in the settings. The company has confirmed the issue and said that it plans to release a software update that will fix it.

For that, you just need to open Settings >> Wallpaper and style >> Change wallpaper >> Wallpaper service >> Dynamic lock screen settings >> More options icon >> Uninstall >> Select category image and uninstall.
Some Galaxy users have reported an issue with the Samsung Phone app button not working when using a third-party memo app during a call. The memo app pop-up blocks the phone app button and prevents it from responding to touch.
Samsung has provided a temporary solution for the Phone app button blocking issue until the app developer fixes it. To avoid this issue, you need to move the memo app pop-up to a location where it does not block the phone app button before using it.
