Samsung June’s 2023 update brings the latest Android security patch that fixes more than 50 security vulnerabilities that could affect Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
In addition, the update enhances the Emergency SOS function, which allows users to quickly call for help in case of an emergency. Users can now enable or disable the ‘Countdown’ function that gives them a few seconds to cancel the emergency call.
The fresh update also boosts the accuracy of the location information that is shared with the emergency services, making it faster and easier for them to locate the users in need.

Samsung has kicked off an Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 update for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra in Brazil. This update brings new features and enhancements to deliver a better performance.
One UI 6.1.1 update a bundle of new features for the Galaxy S24 series, including Galaxy AI’s Sketch Conversion, AI photo styles, text auto-completion, real-time translation for calls and text in images, new PDF tools and dynamic wallpapers that change with the weather and time of day.
Along with the new features, the update improves the system’s security and stability by fixing a bunch of issues to provide a better experience. You can install the update via Settings >> Software Update >> Download and Install.

September 2024 security update for the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G smartphone can be identified through One UI build version A146BXXS6CXHA. The update package is about 228.30MB in size.
Notably, the September 2024 security update fixes several issues to enhance system security. This includes 1 critical and 43 high-level security issues. It’s worth noting that 1 CVE was fixed in earlier updates and 1 does not affect Galaxy devices.
Also, Samsung is adding 23 of its own security improvements to enhance the user experience. Beyond security enhancements, the update delivers performance improvements and stability-boosting fixes.
