Here’s what Samsung recommends for One UI Lock screen issues

Are you also facing some issues on the lock screen of your Samsung smartphone? If yes, then let us tell you that Samsung confirmed that the lock screen does not work properly after the recent One UI 5.1 update.

It is being told that when the screen is on, it freezes during use or suddenly goes to the lock screen. Also, a black screen appears if you are trying to unlock it.

However, Samsung is releasing new software updates to resolve lock screen issues. If you are also facing issues then follow the below given recommendations.

Update Galaxy Device Software

If a new software update notification pop-up occurs, then you should install the update immediately. You can check and install the latest software update on your smartphone through a few steps.

Open the Settings app on your Galaxy smartphone, scroll down, and tap on the Software Update option. Now, you can see the Download and install option, click on it to get connected to the server to fetch information on the latest update. If any update is available, follow the on-screen instructions.

Update AOD (Always on Display)

Sometimes it happens that due to some functions of AOD on lock screen problems appear so you need to update AOD also to the latest version.
