Google Pixel Fold UI leaks ahead of tentative I/O 2023 announcement, showcasing key home screen elements along with stock wallpapers. A tipster who earlier revealed the official-like press renders of the smartphone has shared the screenshots of home screen.

Google Pixel Fold UI

Through the Pixel Fold user interface screenshots, you can have an idea of what Android 13 looks like on Google’s first foldable smartphone. The source posted a screenshot displaying four different wallpapers in both Light and Dark mode settings.

As always, Google’s smartphone is bringing Android in its purest form with a neat and clean user interface, bold fonts, and large and elegant widgets as well as the non-removable Google Search widget. At first glance, the user interface can be determined as well-optimized for an incredible user experience.

On the top (header), the UI shows the current time on the left, followed by the network (WiFi) and battery icon on the right. The middle area of the header remains vacant, which will be filled by notification icons, as well as other stuff in the notification panel.

Below the header, the home screen has At a Glance widget, which shows routines, reminders, and other connected device details along with the weather. The circular app icons are optimized with Material You theming and painted in color based on Wallpaper.

The Clock widget and Weather widget are also present in the screenshot, which matches what we’ve seen on current Pixel phones. The app grid is preferred in a 6×4 layout in the UI snapshot, while there might be more layout options for the users.

Notably, the app icons, At a Glance widget, and widgets are capped inside a container on the home screen, keeping the same padding from both (left & right) sides. The footer brings a Google Search widget, followed by six primary app icons. Do note that the Taskbar feature can’t be shown on the home screen.
