Earlier this month, Samsung rolled out the April 2023 security patch for the Galaxy Note 20 series in Brazil, the US, Europe, and several countries in Asia. Now, the company is expanding April 2023 update for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 in more countries with a massive installation package size.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 smartphones phone is now receiving the April 2023 security update in the Middle East including South Arabia. The latest software update for Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra comes with One UI firmware version N98xBXXU6HCC and an updated package size of 932.72 megabytes.
The package size of this update is big so it brings enhanced camera and gallery functions, however, the company hasn’t mentioned more details about the improvements but you may notice changes after installing the latest version. It is expected that the update may add an Image Clipper feature to Galaxy Note 20 series.
The April 2023 security patch is also installed through this update, which fixes over 60 security flaws, including the ones affecting Exynos chips and modems. The update may also include general bug fixes and stability improvements.
In addition, several apps including Samsung Internet, SmartThings, Members, Calculator, Smart Switcher, Voice Recorder, and PENUP app will be updated to the latest version after the software update.
