Samsung Galaxy A52, A52s starts grabbing April 2023 security update

Samsung has so far updated a bunch of devices to the April 2023 security patch and the company is regularly working to roll out this patch to more eligible devices. Currently, the Samsung Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A52s smartphones have started receiving the April 2023 security update.

April 2023 security update for Samsung Galaxy A52s comes with PDA version A528BXXU2EWC5 in Brazil while users of Galaxy A52 are receiving this patch with One UI version A526U1UES8EWC2 in the US. It is a gradual rollout so it may take time to reach all models.

The new firmware comes with stability improvements, bug fixes, and feature enhancements to deliver a better performance. Most importantly, it installs April 2023 patch to enhance system security by fixing a bunch of common vulnerability exposures including but not limited to 5 Critical, 46 High, and 1 Moderate.
