Xiaomi 13 Ultra

Xiaomi 13 Ultra gets unveiled early in CAD-based high-resolution renders, giving us the cleanest look at the next Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra rival. The device features a big circular camera bump on the back, a curved screen with a punch-hole cutout, and the best of what Xiaomi can do!

This upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra could go official as Xiaomi 13 Ultra in the Chinese market on April 18. However, the global launch of Xiaomi’s next flagship smartphone is officially confirmed by Lei Jun months ago. Let’s have look at the design.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra renders show a curved edge design with a huge round camera module in the center at the back. Inside the camera bump, there’s a quad camera setup and dual LED flash situated, making it a smartphone beast as well as another Leica-branded camera.

The phone’s camera module has occupied a large space on the top side and the bump will lead to an incredible gap while placed on the surface. The source revealed that the mobile measures about 163.18×74.64×9.57mm and the thickness is about 15.61mm (including the camera bump).

It has been rumored that the device will be equipped with powerful Sony camera sensors in order to deliver stunning photography experiences. Samsung’s Galaxy S23 Ultra is an undisputed camera champ and Xiaomi’s declining market may not let 13 Ultra leave the S23 Ultra in the dust.

Talking about optics, 13 Ultra is rumored to feature a quad camera setup on the back consisting of a 1-inch 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 sensor and three more cameras with 50-megapixel resolution. For selfies, there might be a 32-megapixel sensor inside the punch hole display cut.

Global launch date of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is not confirmed yet, but I’m sure, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will set more records in camera. Other 2023 Android flagships can’t beat Samsung in performance, thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy processor.
