Samsung Galaxy A32 5G grabs April 2023 security update along with a legendary flagship

Samsung begins pushing April 2023 security update to the Galaxy A32 5G along with a legendary flagship smartphone – Galaxy S10 5G. The update carries PDA build versions A326KKSS4DWC5 and G977BXXSEHWC1 for the A32 5G and S10 5G, respectively.
Last month, the company released the Galaxy A34 5G, which is a sequel to the follow-up model of the Galaxy A32 5G. The latest smartphone brings meaningful upgrades in camera and performance along with sizzling software support of 4 OS plus 5 years of patches.
Galaxy S10 5G, on the other hand, is receiving its remaining updates before reaching the end of life. In this month’s security bulletin, Samsung made it official that the Galaxy S10e, S10, and S10 Plus are no longer supported by new security patches.
Still, the company is treating the Galaxy S10 5G with an additional yet latest security patch dated April (1/5) 2023. For your Galaxy device, Samsung has included fixes for five critical, 46 high, and one moderate level of CVEs with the April 2023 security patch.
The Galaxy S10 5G ended its OS upgrade lifecycle after receiving the Android 12 firmware. Besides, the Galaxy A32 5G received the Android 12-based One UI 5 update, as it came pre-installed with Android 11. So, you will not be getting anything other than security improvements.
Support for FOUR YEARS
Samsung is committed to providing regular software support to all Galaxy devices launched after 2019. The support has been further extended for up to five years for select models, while the Galaxy A32 and S10 5G falls in the regular four-year lifespan.

Samsung Galaxy A22 4G grabs May 2023 One UI update

Samsung has now started rolling out May 2023 security update to the Galaxy A22 4G. This software is rolling out in Brazil, which follows the last rollout that happened three weeks ago for the 5G model.

According to the info, Samsung May 2023 update for Galaxy A22 4G carries PDA build version A225MUBS5CWE1. As the rollout is currently happening in Brazil, consumers in other markets will get it shortly.
The May 2023 One UI patch comes with fixes for 21 Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVE) items along with more than 58 common vulnerability exposures by Google.
Launched back in June 2021, the A22 smartphone has completed its major software update support with Android 13. It is now only eligible for new security patches on a quarterly basis until June 2024.
How to update your Galaxy? – First, open System Settings, followed by Software update section. Once done, you have to hit the Download and install tab to begin firmware download from Samsung’s server.
