Mostly, the South Korean tech giant deploys the latest firmware in its home ground or China with outdated patches. Therefore, there’s a possibility of camera improvements for the devices with Taiwan’s AWC4 firmware, which could bring April’s patch to global variants.

So far, the company has not started to release the April 2023 security patch to Galaxy devices. It’s expected that the new patch’s distribution may begin after sharing the Android security bulletin with Google.
