Samsung is rolling out a March 2023 update for the Group Sharing app, which brings a new One UI 5.1 feature and support to provide a better sharing experience.

The new update for the Samsung Group Sharing app comes with version 13.1.11.23 and an installation package size of 21.20 MB. This update arrives with new features to enhance the Galaxy group sharing performance.

March 2023 update for Group Sharing adds the “Invite with a link” feature that allows you to easily share various kinds of content with your family or friends through a link. In addition, it now allows group sharing of the Shared Family Feature feature.

Samsung One UI 5.1 Group Sharing

With the One UI 5.1 update, Samsung brought Shared Family Album and this feature is now available for group sharing. Samsung Shared Family Album feature lets you share pictures with your family. The gallery will recommend pictures to add to your shared family album by recognizing the faces of the members.

Moreover, the update now also supports child accounts. It is a gradual rollout so it may hours/days to reach all eligible devices. The update is compatible with Galaxy devices running Android 13-based One UI 5.0/One UI 5.1.

To install this latest version on your smartphone, open the Galaxy Store, tap on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner, after that, you will find the Updates option, tap on it.

Samsung is now making the Camera Assistant app available for more Galaxy smartphones. With the latest update, the Camera Assistant app has expanded its support to the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A53 smartphones, which are mid-range devices with impressive camera capabilities.

The Camera Assistant is a Good Lock module that allows users to control their smartphone camera with several smart options. Previously, the Samsung Camera Assistant app was exclusive to flagship smartphones, such as the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy S21, Glaxy S22, Galaxy Note 20 series, Galaxy S20, Galaxy Flip 5/4/3, Galaxy Fold 5/4/3/2, and Galaxy Flip. Now, Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A53 users can enjoy the camera assistant functions.

The new update for the Camera Assistant app has a version number 2.0.01.0 and it brings some improvements and bug fixes. One of the main enhancements of the update is the stabilization code, which enhances the video recording quality.

The update is available on the Galaxy Store with an installation package size of 9.65MB. You can check the latest update if your Galaxy device is eligible.
