Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, Flip 4 grabs One UI 5.1 update at T-Mobile US
T-Mobile is dispatching the One UI 5.1 update for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 customers living in the United States. This update carries a bunch of new features from the Galaxy S23 phones and some additional improvements.
According to the information, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is getting the T-Mobile One UI 5.1 update with firmware version F936USQU1CWAC and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 is receiving it with the F721USQU1CWAC version.

One UI 5.1:
Both the Fold 4 and the Flip 4 are getting tons of goodies with the latest software release, The changelog for the former is slightly bigger than the latter. This is because the Fold 4 is getting a shortcut to the Expert RAW app in the stock Samsung Camera.
In the meantime, the foldable model is also getting improvements to Samsung DeX. One UI 5.1 has made it easier to resize windows in split-screen mode to allow more efficient multitasking in fewer efforts.
Beyond these Fold 4 features, both phones are commonly getting multiple Gallery improvements. The update brings a more powerful search, enhanced image remastering for easier GIF making, a shared family album for easier picture sharing, and revamped information display to show further details.
On the other side, the company makes it easy to change the color tone of selfies through the Effects button on the side of the screen, brings the Bixby Text Call feature in the English language, and new Routine actions to let you control Quick Share and Touch sensitivity or change your font style.
In addition to these, the Widget section is one of the most highlighted parts of the One UI 5.1 software, there are various improvements in it. Samsung brings a new Battery widget that shows your phone and all connected device battery status at a glance.
In the meantime, the Dynamic Weather widget provides you quick access to useful information and a summary of the weather. Whereas, the improved Smart Suggestion Widget now offers you a Spotify playlist based on your activities.

In addition to South Korea and Germany, Samsung has now launched the Android 14-based One UI 6 Beta in the US. Users of carrier-unlocked or T-Mobile branded Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, or S23 Ultra smartphones can now sign up to get the Beta firmware via OTA.
