One UI 5.1 was introduced on February 01 with the Samsung Galaxy S23 and after that, the company has started rolling out the update to its flagship devices. New One UI versions always bring new features to enhance the camera. Even with One UI 5.1, the company has added a new feature called Color Tone, and this time it is for selfies.

With One UI 5.1, users can easily change the color tone as the company has added this new option to the effect. The new camera feature lets you adjust the color tone while taking selfies.

The color tone offers two options i.e. Natural and Bright. Natural Tone is selected by default, which reflects your natural skin tone, while Bright Tone brightens up your normal tone.

How to change the Color tone?

If you are using a Galaxy S23 series smartphone or have installed newest version of One UI update on your Galaxy smartphone then you can enjoy the Color Tone feature. You can change the color tone of your selfie in just a few steps, let’s see them.

  • Open the Samsung Camera app on your eligible (One UI 5.1) Galaxy smartphone.
  • Now, turn on the selfie camera.
  • Tap on the Effects button located at the top right corner.

  • Press on the Color Tone option.

  • Select an option: Natural or Bright.

  • Now you can take selfies according to the selected color tone.
