As per the information, Samsung improves the security and stability of Galaxy A33’s system with the latest security patch to keep users’ files and data safe on their phones and deliver seamless system functionality.

In the meantime, the company also addresses a bunch of issues and vulnerabilities that are related to the security and privacy of the users. These include 20-Galaxy-specific SVEs which are harming One UI apps and services and 52 CVEs as a part of Google’s Android security bulletin.

Aside from these, the latest update does not install any new features or major changes. However, a big One UI 5.1 update is on the way. It will bring a handful of new features alongside various improvements and customization capabilities.
As for now, you will have to satisfy with the January 2023 security update on your Samsung Galaxy A33. You can identify it through the One UI built version A336NKSS2BWA2 and can check it in the Software update section on Settings.
It is worth noticing that currently, this update is rolling out in South Korean markets. However, the company should not take much time to spread it in other countries.
