Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is getting a new update with a 360 Audio recording feature in India. The new update comes with firmware version R510XXU0AWA5 and a package size of 5.76 MB.

Notably, this feature is supported only on Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 and Fold 4 models that are running on Android 13-based One UI 5.0.

As promised, Samsung has started delivering the 360 Audio recording feature for Galaxy Buds 2 Pro earbuds alongside a new software update. This update additionally installs other new features as well as brings better stability too.

For your information, the new 360 Audio recording feature of Galaxy Buds 2 Pro will let customers record immersive sound to the video content through the Samsung smartphone camera. However, do note that the official changelog mentions that this feature is only available for Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphones. However, we expect Samsung to bring this feature to more Galaxy devices in the future.

Other than this major addition, the latest software update for Galaxy Buds 2 Pro further adds new “Connected device diagnostics” option to let users check the proper performance of their earbuds’ tough sensor, charging function, and others.

In order to take advantage of this feature, users will have to update the Samsung Members app and Galaxy Wearable app to their latest versions on connected Galaxy smartphones.

Moreover, Samsung is rolling out this big January 2023 software update for Galaxy Buds 2 Pro with built version RS10XXU0AWA5. You can check the update and install it through the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected smartphone searching for the Earbuds software update, and clicking on Download and install.
