Samsung just launched the Galaxy A23 5G smartphone in India, which brings a powerful Snapdragon processor, 120Hz smooth display and a lot more. Meanwhile, its LTE successor spotted on Geekbench with Android 13 and MediaTek chipset.

According to MySmartPrice report, Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A24 emerged on Geekbench carrying model number SM-A245F. The benchmark document suggests it is powered by MediaTek Helio G99 4G processor, paired with 4GB RAM and runs Android 13 out of the box.

Talking about the chipset performance, the Galaxy A24 LTE secured a 561-point single-core score and 1,943 points on the multi-core test. A recent leak revealed that this upcoming budget phone could come with a 50MP main camera alongside a 13MP selfie snapper.

Under the hood, the device will have a 5000mAh battery, which can be charged through a 25W fast charging. However, you will be needing to purchase charging adapter with additional money, courtesy of Samsung’s efforts to reduce electronic waste. Samsung may launch the Galaxy A24 next month.

Korean media report revealed that the Galaxy A23 had plenty of issues due to multiple supplier changes. Moving ahead, I found the Galaxy A24, an unnecessary Samsung phone, which could not get a successor next year. If you want a new budget phone, go ahead and pick up the A23 5G.
