Both Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 FE are two of the flagship smartphones by Samsung. The device looks almost similar as well as features most of the same specifications. You won’t end up with a bad phone after buying either of these but still, there are some notable differences that you should have a look at before you decide to purchase one.
Samsung brings a Galaxy S21-like design for the Galaxy S21 FE and Galaxy S22 that has a contour-cut camera module. But while the S22 has a glass panel on the back, the S22 FE is made of plastic which gives it a soft matte finish.

Moving to the software, the S21 FE and S22 both came pre-installed with the Android 12 operating system. The One UI software was different at the time of launch but this doesn’t affect them in any way. Currently, these devices are driving Android 13-based One UI 5.0 software and will get the major upgrades till Android 16.

It was difficult to decide which phone is better Samsung Galaxy S22 or Samsung Galaxy S21 FE as both the phones are almost similar. But in the end, we come to the conclusion that the Galaxy S21 FE which is cheaper than the Galaxy S22, offers a larger display, good camera quality, and comes with the same software support, is better and you should definitely go for it. Even, I choose to make S21 FE my daily driver over S22.
