Samsung Australia scores perfect 5-stars for its smart TV and home theater devices. The company has set a new benchmark for customer satisfaction as it won Canstar Blue’s ‘2022 Most Satisfied Customers’ awards in both the Television and Home Theatre Systems categories for a second consecutive year.

Additionally, the company’s solar cell remote received the Canstar Blue 2022 Innovation Excellence Award for its remarkable breakthrough in sustainability and convenience, making Samsung Canstar Blue the most awarded AV brand of the 2nd decade.

Canstar Blue is Australia’s most trusted consumer comparison site. It reviews products overall from over 1,200 Australians who have purchased televisions in the last two years and nearly 250 Australians who have purchased home theater systems in the last three years. It asks customers to rate products on performance, user-friendliness, features and functionality, value for money, and design apart from overall satisfaction.

It is worth mentioning that Samsung was the only smart TV brand that achieve a five-star rating for all aspects – performance, user-friendliness, features and functionality, and design, ultimately achieving a perfect five-star score for overall satisfaction.
