Samsung rolls out new Android 13, Android 12 My Files updates for Galaxy devices

Samsung has started releasing December 2022 update for the My Files app for Galaxy devices. The new updates of My Files come with versions 14.1.00.45 and 13.1.03.501 for Samsung devices running Android 13 and Android 12.

The new updates bring general fixes to improve the performance of the app. According to the release notes, the latest updates do not include any new features or changes but surely provide smoother performance after updating it.

The Korean tech giant is rolling out the new versions of My Files with an installation package size of around 20 MB, you can use your smartphone’s personal data to download it, as the size is too small.

To install the latest version, open the Galaxy Store on your Galaxy smartphone, and tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner, after that, you will find the Updates option, tap on it.

From here you will get all the available updates, you can install any of them. In addition, you can get this new update directly from the link mentioned below.

It is an initial rollout, so it may take some time to reach the latest Samsung My Files updates to all eligible Android 13-based One UI 5.0 and Android 12-based One UI 4.1 /One UI 4.0 devices.
