Samsung achieves fastest roll-out with One UI 5/Android 13

Back in October 2022, Samsung officially released the stable Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update for Galaxy S22 series smartphone. Now, the update is available to a bunch of Galaxy devices from flagship to low-budget.

One UI 5.0 rolled out faster than any previous version in its operating system’s history. Since releasing on October 24th, 2022, the One UI 5.0 update is now available for more than 75% of Galaxy devices, making it the fastest and biggest update in the record of One UI.

At the start of the year 2022, Samsung expanded its software policy for One UI to ensure four generations of Android OS upgrades and five years of security patches to selected Galaxy devices.

Based on Android 13 OS, One UI 5.0 comes with new features that offer Galaxy users the freedom to choose their own mobile experience. The main highlighting features of One UI 5.0 are revamped UI and icons, RAM Plus on/off option, Lock screen customization, Modes and Routines, Connected devices, new color palette options, Notification customization, Stackable Widget, Private Share, Gallery Album customization options, and more.
