Samsung officially launched the Galaxy A23 5G smartphones with some notable features earlier this year. But it seems the device hasn’t been as successful as the company had hoped, leading Samsung to slash the Galaxy A23 5G shipments target by 70%.

When the smartphone was launched, Samsung set the Galaxy A23 shipments target of 12.6 million units for the second half of this year. But seeing its performance in the market, it has reduced the target to less than 4 million units.

As per the report, the related problems were resolved before the product was released but the issue was revealed to such an extent that users noticed it when implementing a specific function and it causes fewer sales of the smartphone.

By the way, Samsung Galaxy A3 5G smartphone is a good phone according to its price. It comes with a  6.6-inch Full HD+ 120Hz display, a 50MP OIS camera, an 8MP selfie shooter, a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charge support, and more at a starting price of $300.
