Under the hood, the device will use Qualcomm’s 4nm process-based Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, worldwide. However, it’s rumored that the Galaxy S23 phones may equip an overclocked variant of 8 Gen 2.

In terms of memory, the standard Galaxy S23 could come with 8GB RAM along with 128GB and 256GB of internal storage. BTW, the tipster compared S23’s pricing and specs against the iQOO 11 smartphone.

Coming to the battery, Ice claims the Galaxy S23 phone features 3900mAh battery, which can be charged with 25W fast charger. On the flip side, iQOO’s phone features 5000mAh battery along with charging support of up to 120W.

Lastly, the leak included information about the possible primary camera sensor of the Galaxy S23. Not interestingly, the standard model apparently uses a 50MP ISOCELL GN2 camera sensor, while the price could start at $799.
