Samsung’s November 2022 security update, for Galaxy devices, includes all the CVE items discovered by Google for Android devices. For your information, the Galaxy A52 is getting fixes for three critical, 32 high and a moderate level of CVE from the Android maker.
How to update
Samsung consumers can check new software updates manually with a handful of simple steps. Firstly, visit your Galaxy device’s “System Settings,” once done, scroll down and tap the “Software update” tab, followed by the “Download and install” button.
Samsung has pushed a new update for the Galaxy A15 smartphone, which brings a September 2024 security patch. The update improves system security and stability to enhance the overall performance.

Notably, the September 2024 security patch addresses 1 critical issue and 43 high-level ones for Google. One of these issues was already fixed in earlier updates, and another one doesn’t impact Galaxy devices. Also, Samsung is adding 23 of its fixes to improve security in My Files, Theme Center, One UI Home, Knox, and Dex.
