Tipster @stufflislings has shared the screenshot of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification listing, which shows a Samsung Galaxy A14 smartphone with an SM-A146B/DS model number. However, the listing does not reveal anything more than this.

Meanwhile, we already know some of the key specifications of the Galaxy A14 smartphone. As per the information, the device will equip a larger 6.8-inches FHD+ LCD display compared to the predecessor Galaxy A14.

It equips MediaTek Hello G80 processor that is paired with 8GB of RAM and a typical battery of 5000mAh. Furthermore, the 50MP primary camera of the device is similar to its predecessor while the front camera will be 13MP, an upgrade from a 5MP and 8MP selfie camera of A13 4G and A13 5G, respectively.

While considering the software, the Geekbench report reveals it will come with the Android 13 operating system. However, it’s not clear, whether the software will be One UI 5.0 or One UI 5.1. We can expect that if the phone will launch after Galaxy S23 series, it will feature One UI 5.1.

Besides the specifications, the design of the upcoming affordable 5G smartphone is also revealed through OnLeak. The renders show that A14 will Infinity-U display instead of Infinity-V. And, the back side of the device has a circular triple camera design.
