Google Pixel 7a to equip a 90Hz Samsung OLED display
Last month, Google introduced the new Pixel 7 flagship smartphone lineup for consumers. Now, leaks and rumors about the affordable Google Pixel 7a have started to emerge on the web, with the latest one hinting at the Samsung 90Hz OLED display arrival.
According to @Za_Raczke, the upcoming Google Pixel 7a smartphone could feature a 90Hz 1080p display, which could be supplied by Samsung. If this leak is correct, the upcoming affordable Pixel phone will introduce a big upgrade in display section, compared to its predecessor.

It’s worth mentioning that some Android developers managed to find that for the Pixel 6a, Samsung supplied OLED display panels with up to 90Hz refresh rate support. However, Google limited it to 60Hz due to unknown reasons, however, the 7a is likely to offer up to 90Hz refresh rate.

Aside from this, the same source also revealed that the Pixel 7a will feature a 64MP Sony IMX787 primary sensor and an IMX712 wide-angle lens. Meanwhile, earlier reports claimed that the US tech giant will introduce Pixel 7a with Samsung GM1 primary camera sensor.

Camer Shift Feature
The Camera Shift feature lets you enhance your photos by focusing on specific subjects. It was initially available only on the Galaxy S24 series, but now it’s expanded to other models.
The latest update includes a simpler and user-friendly design. Instead of navigating through three separate menus, you can now access everything from a single menu.
With improved recognition capabilities, the Camera Shift feature can now better identify children, upper body shots, and group photos. You can also apply special effects to specific people in group images, giving you more creative control.
Moreover, the update also includes a Colorization feature that adds color to black and white images and a Motion Clipper feature to allow you to create GIFs from Motion Photos.

How to use One UI 6.1 Camera Shift feature on your Samsung Galaxy
Along with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G, Samsung has officially ended software update support for two more Galaxy devices – the Galaxy M51 phone and Galaxy Tab A7 tablet. This means that these devices will no longer receive any software updates.
Both the Samsung Galaxy M51 and Galaxy Tab A7 were launched in 2020 and came pre-installed with Android 10. They received updates up to Android 12, and are not eligible for more Android updates. Now, these devices have completed their software update cycle.

Bye-Bye Monthly Updates: Popular Galaxy A series phone shifts to Quarterly plan
Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G is a well-loved smartphone in the Galaxy A series that has now shifted from a monthly to a quarterly update plan. This means that users of this device will now receive software updates every three months instead of every month.
The Korean tech giant has recently announced its revised update schedule for its Galaxy devices, which places the Galaxy A52s 5G in the Quarterly update category.
Launched in 2021, the Galaxy A52s 5G came with Android 11 pre-installed. Since then, it has received three major Android updates and runs on Android 14 with One UI 6.1. However, the device will no longer be eligible for additional major Android OS updates. Users will still receive security updates, which will now be provided every three months.
