Lock screen customization

One UI 5 makes lock screen customization one of the easiest tasks in the smartphone. Just tap and hold the Lock screen to customize your wallpaper, clock style, notification settings and more all in one place with a live preview.

Apart from this, you can also trim a video clip to create a lively wallpaper. With a few taps, you can make one of your happiest moments appear on your Lock screen.

More wallpaper choices

One UI 5 update brings redesigned Wallpaper settings, which makes it easier to find wallpapers for the Home and Lock screens. Browse through newly added colors, graphic wallpapers and Dynamic Lock screens in one place.

Call background customization

The One UI 4.1 version offers the functionality to modify the call screen as per your choice with different images, colors and pre-loaded call backgrounds. A step ahead, the One UI 5 lets you pick different call backgrounds for each contact so you can easily see who’s calling with just a quick glance.

More options in Color Palette

One UI 4 first debuted the Color Palette function, which is powered by new Material You theming engine. As Android 13 brings further advancements to Dynamic Theming, the One UI 5 Color Palette has up to 16 color themes along with basic colors created by the software system.
