Google is increasing the number of its devices in the market every year by launching new smartphones, which come with new features and enhanced designs. Obviously, after the Pixel 7 series, the company already has some plans of its own for the next generation of smartphones – Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro and have started executing them as of now.

According to the latest information, Google will use the Tensor G3 chipset in its next year’s Pixel smartphone, which has the codename ‘Zuma’.

It is also being said that Samsung is working on the Exynos 2300 and it seems that the Tensor G3 chip from Google may be a custom version of the Exynos 2300. This means that Google will do some customizations in it.

In addition to this, the report also reveals that Google is working on two new Pixel (possibly Pixel 8 and 8 Pro) smartphones having the codename ‘Shiba‘ and ‘Husky’. These devices are expected to feature Android 14, 12 GB RAM, and high display resolution.

The devices codenamed Shiba and Husky reportedly have a full-HD resolution (2,268 x 1,080 pixels)and QHD+ (2,822 x 1,344 pixels). However, we can take this report as a pinch of salt and must wait for official information.
