Samsung Galaxy Fold M51 monthly updates

Samsung officially shared the updated monthly and quarterly devices list and security details for November 2022. The company updates this device list every month so that it can add, remove and demote devices as per its update policy. Unlike last month, Samsung has made changes to the One UI November 2022 update plan.

Starting this month, Samsung has shifted the Galaxy Fold/Fold 5G smartphones from monthly updates to quarterly updates. This means that now Samsung Galaxy Fold devices will get updates every 3 months not monthly.

In addition, Samsung Galaxy M51 and Galaxy Tab A7 devices have also been dropped from the quarterly update and added to the Biannual updates section. Both devices will get updates every 6 months from now.

Sadly, Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 and Galaxy J6+ devices are no longer eligible for the update as their update cycles have been completed as per the Samsung update policy.

Along with removing devices from the update plan, the company has also added new devices to the list. Samsung has added the recently launched Galaxy W23 and W23 Flip to the monthly updates section and the Galaxy A04e to the quarterly section. So all these changes have been done by the company this month.
