Samsung has begun rolling out the Stable One UI 5.0 update for Verizon’s Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra units in the US. The latest software update brings all the Android 13 features alongside the goodness One UI 5.0 customization options.
With One UI 5.0, the Korean company has made major enhancements to its features and tried making the UI clearer. The Lock Screen is getting many Good Lock LockStar functions to provide users with next-level personalization options with more ease. You can now touch and hold your lock screen to easily customize it.

The Wallpaper and style section is also getting notable changes. My Wallpaper, Gallery, Lock screen wallpaper services, and Explore more wallpapers are now combined into one “Browse my wallpapers.” It lets you play with all the wallpaper-related settings.

Next is Color Palette. Previously, the company used to provide only 4 color palette options, and now you can choose between a total of 16 color palette options that sync with your phone’s wallpaper. Also, there’s a function to completely disable Color Palette.
Connected devices, Modes and routines, and Security and privacy menus are completely new to Samsung’s Settings. You can manage all the related settings in one place now. Furthermore, the notification settings have been reorganized so that related menus can be found on one screen.
Samsung has also added Lockdown mode, Medical info, new emoji pairs, the ability to turn off RAM Plus, Stack widgets, new and easy multitasking functions, various new camera features including a watermark, enhanced photo and video editor, extract text from image feature, new call functions, and much more.
