Smart Call is a feature developed by Samsung to make calling services more secure for Galaxy device users. At the moment, the company is improving its Smart Call feature through a new update with version 14.5.00.2.

Samsung Smart Call 14.5.00.2 Update
The October 2022 update for Samsung Smart Calls brings some general advancement to enhance overall performance and stability. Although there are no new features or changes included in this package, it certainly provides a smoother experience than the previous one.
This latest update of Smart Call comes with version 14.5.00.2 which improves this feature. This update is only applicable for Galaxy devices running One UI 4.1/One UI 4.0 based on Android 12 and One UI 5.0 based on Android 13.
This is an early rollout so it may take a few hours/days to reach all eligible devices. It is worth noting that the update gets installed on your device automatically, however, the size of the installation package is 2.77 MB.

To enable the Smart Call feature on your Galaxy smartphone you have to follow a few steps. Firstly, open the Phone app, then tap on the “More option (three vertical dots)”. Now, you have to click on Setting, scroll down and find the Call Settings and then turn on the toggle of Caller ID and Spam protection option and it is done.
