Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G October 2022 security update can be identified through the firmware version F707BXXU7HVI3. It is also rolling out in European areas, such as the Baltic region, Hungary, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK.

Samsung is releasing the October 2022 security update for these foldable devices with improvements for the system’s security and stability. With these optimizations, the company wants to provide you with the most advanced privacy features and seamless performance over your phone.

In addition to this, the company’s official support page also mentions fixes for over 4 dozen of vulnerabilities and exposures such as 18 SVE items and 1 critical, 29 high, and 2 moderate levels of CVEs. These SVEs and CVEs are related to the privacy and security of the One UI system.

One UI 5.0:

Both Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Galaxy Z Flip 5G are eligible for the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update. Samsung suggested releasing the stable version of One UI 5.0 at SDC22 on October 12 and these foldable phones will get it before the end of 2022.

Samsung has pushed an April 2024 security update for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus, and Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphones in Korea. This update enhances system security and stability as well as adds new features for a better user experience.

April 2024 security update for the Galaxy S22 series in Korea brings Mobile ID support for the Samsung Wallet app. Through this update, users can save and use their government-issued mobile driver’s license and national veterans registration card on their phones.

However, only IC cards with a mobile ID icon can be added. Users can use it anywhere just like your real ID. In addition, the update also applies the Google security patch to enhance the performance

  • Galaxy S22 Ultra – S908NKSU3DXD3

Users will have to download a 420MB package to install the update. To install the update, need to navigate to Settings >> Software Updates >> Download and install.
