It is helpful to customize the lock screen as we can see necessary things on our smartphone screen without unlocking it. Samsung already offers a lot of options to decorate the lock screen but with the One UI 5.0,  the company has simplified the process of modifying the lock screen further. Now, Galaxy users can modify the lock screen by using the touch and hold feature.

One UI 5.0 Lock Screen

Based on Android 13, Samsung One UI 5.0 allows you to easily edit and customize your lock screen by simply touching and holding onto the screen. Now, you can change your lock screen wallpaper directly on the lock screen. It offers a lot of customization options on the lock screen itself, let’s see them.

You can add the above-mentioned options to the lock screen as well as customize them as you like without going to your smartphone’s Settings.

If you want to customize your Galaxy smartphone, the first thing to do is to touch and hold it to open the edit mode. If your smartphone has a lock inserted then you have to open it to visit edit mode. Now you can edit whatever you want including wallpaper, clock style/size/color, add contact information, left/right shortcuts, and more.

You can also access the Dynamic lock screen by selecting Wallpaper in the “Touch and hold edit” mode on your lock screen, then scroll down to Wallpaper services. Choose the arrow on the right Select the Dynamic Lock screen and then apply.
