Samsung expanding the Galaxy s22 series’ October 2022 security update in more regions including Europe and Asia. While the October patch details are not available for now, we can expect fixes for several severe bugs and issues with the latest OTA.

Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphone users have started grabbing the October 2022 Android security patch update. This update is rolling out for Verizon-locked models in the US.

Well, the Galaxy S22 is not the first device to install the latest security patch update. A few days ago, Samsung Galaxy A52 got the One UI 5.0 Beta update that also brought the October 2022 patch.

Furthermore, Samsung is releasing the Galaxy S22 October 2022 security patch update that holds the following One UI builds versions:

  • Galaxy S22 – S901USQS2AVI1
  • Galaxy S22+ – S906USQS2AVI1
  • Galaxy S22 Ultra – S908USQS2AVI1
