Samsung started October 2022 security patch rollout for Galaxy device owners while it keeps updating the old devices with September 2022 patch. In a recent development, Samsung Galaxy A71 users are receiving the September 2022 Android security patch update.
This update is dispatching in Hong Kong at this moment but the company will expand it to more users very soon. It comes with One UI build version A715FZHU8CVI4. And, you can download it by navigating to Settings >> Software update >> Download and install.

Well, the test builds do not reveal any major information about the One UI 5.0 update for this device. It is likely that Galaxy A71 will install its last major Android OS update sometime in early 2023, after the public release on October 12, 2022.
