Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+ with 25W fast charging appear on 3C

Last week, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra secured approval from China’s 3C certification. Now the other two models of the series – Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ are also joining the Galaxy S23 Ultra on the way to 3C.

This certification site reveals the battery capacity of these unreleased smartphones and their model numbers. Going by the new information, the base model appeared on the 3C database with the model number SM-S9110, meanwhile, the Galaxy S23+ bears the model number SM-S9160.

Furthermore, both devices were tested using the EP-TA800 wall charger that provides up to 25W super-fast charging (via MySmartPrice). This is the same as the current Galaxy S22 models. However, it doesn’t indicate the charging speed of Galaxy S23 or Galaxy S23+.

Surprisingly, the Galaxy S23 Ultra was also spotted with a 25W fast charging capacity on the 3C database. Whereas, the Galaxy S22 Ultra supports up to 45W fast charging.

Samsung Galaxy S23 will not bring major upgrades:

It’s been a long when we started getting the Galaxy S23 series’ leaks. So far we have gathered a lot of information and many of which suggets that the forthcoming phones will not come with major hardware upgrades.

According to the report, the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ will only bring a new chipset while the Galaxy S23 Ultra will feature some screen changes and a 200MP primary camera in addition to a new processor that will be Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or Exynos 2300, depending on regions.

Other than these, all three devices will equip the same specifications and design as their predecessors.
