Google Wallet is now available in total 45 countries [6 New]

Last month, Google launched the Google Wallet app for 39 countries, and it’s now expanded to 6 more markets including South Africa, Serbia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Qatar, and Iceland.

As of now, the Google Wallet app is expanding in Moldova, Qatar, Serbia, and South Africa, where users can now add credit and debit cards to the virtual wallet and start payments through Android phones or Wear OS watches.

Consumers residing in Azerbaijan and Iceland will soon get Google Wallet app support for their Android phones, while the Wear OS variant will be available “in the upcoming months.”

The Google Wallet app gives you fast, secure access to your everyday essentials. With just your smartphone, you can tap to pay everywhere Google Pay is accepted, board a flight, or go to a movie.

Following the latest expansion of service, Google Wallet is now available in 45 countries via the Google Play Store. In near future, Google’s likely to bring more capabilities so it can replace your physical wallet.
