Samsung unveils Galaxy A13 and Galaxy A23 5G

Samsung officially unveiled two new budget 5G supported smartphones: Galaxy A13 5G and Galaxy A23 5G in Taiwan. As a freebie, early buyers will get a wall charger for free, alongside some additional bonuses, however, the sale will start on September 16.

The Galaxy A13 5G will be available at Samsung Smart Hall, Samsung Mall, and other retail stores, while the Galaxy A23 5G in Samsung Smart Pavilion, Samsung Mall, and retail partners in Taiwan. The former features 4GB RAM + 64GB or 128GB, while the latter 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB storage options.

Under the hood, the Galaxy A23 5G and Galaxy A13 5G pack Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 695 SoC and MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, respectively. The Galaxy A23 has 6.6 inch FHD+ Infinity V display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Galaxy A13 comes with a 6.5 inch HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate.

Coming to photography, the Galaxy A23 5G is equipped with a quad rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP (F1.8) main lens with OIS, a 5MP (F2.2) ultrawide sensor, a 2MP (F2.4) depth sensor, and a 2MP (F2.4) macro lens, plus 8MP front-facing selfie camera.

On the other hand, the Galaxy A13 5G camera hardware includes a 50MP (F1.8) primary lens, a 2MP (F2.4) depth camera, and a 2MP (F2.4) macro sensor, alongside a 5MP selfie shooter.

Talking about color variants, the Galaxy A23 5G offers Black, Blue and Peach color options, while the Galaxy A13 features Black, Blue and White color shades in Taiwan.

Not only flagships but mid-range and budget Samsung phones are not offering a charging adapter inside the retail box due to regulations and environmental concerns.

Meanwhile, early buyers of the Galaxy A23 5G and Galaxy A13 5G will be eligible for a 15W charger for free, you just need to order one of these devices before October 15 and September 30, respectively.
