Samsung could introduce the Galaxy S23 flagship smartphone lineup sometime in February 2023, which is now rumored to equip Qualcomm 3D Sonic Max fingerprint sensor, providing a wider scanning area for biometric authentication.
According to the latest information via tipster Alvin, Samsung could use the Qualcomm 3D Sonic Max fingerprint scanning technology for the Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone. The tipster talked about just the S23 Ultra, however, the other two members of the lineup could boast the same technology.
Compared to the 3D Sonic Gen 2, the new Qualcomm 3D Sonic Max sensor’s reading area is over 4x (20x30mm2). This large fingerprint sensing area could make it easy to unlock the Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone to provide unique unlocking experiences.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra isn’t going to be the first smartphone to be equipped with a 3D Sonic Max fingerprint sensor. In the recent past, Vivo X80 Pro and iQOO 9 Pro have debuted the world’s largest Ultrasonic In-Display Fingerprint Sensor.
It is rumoured that Samsung is going to use Qualcomm's 3D Sonic Max fingerprint scanning technology for the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra night camera improved with new test firmware: Leak
Samsung is reportedly launching its next flagship smartphone lineup in February next year. Ahead of launch, the company is internally testing the device and working on firmware development too. As per the recent input, new firmware of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra improved night camera performance.
According to tipster IceUniverse, Samsung improved the night camera performance of the Galaxy S23 Ultra with the latest firmware. It’s worth mentioning that the Galaxy S23 series may come pre-installed with One UI 5.1, which is under development.
Tipster also stated that users can expect even better night shots on the Galaxy S23 Ultra, as there are still 2 months in the official launch. Notably, the company will be shipping the S23 Ultra with 200MP primary camera, which features different modes; 12.5MP, 50MP and 200MP.
Samsung debuted Nightography feature with the launch of the Galaxy S22 series. Using artificial intelligence, the flagship devices capture stunning shots even in low light and night. It’s expected that the upcoming lineup will bring notable improvements in night photography.
Samsung Galaxy A14 to feature large 5000mAh battery, confirms FCC
Samsung Galaxy A14 is no more a secret. The company is developing this low-cost smartphone and will probably introduce it in the first quarter of 2023. There are many Samsung Galaxy A14 leaks and rumors surfing online and one among them confirms its battery capacity.
Recently, the upcoming Galaxy budget-friendly smartphone appeared on the FCC database, revealing that it will come with a battery capacity similar to its predecessor, Galaxy A13. Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has appeared on FCC with a 5,000mAh battery.
You can judge from the thought that this is the same battery as the old phone, nothing new in it. But considering the pocket-friendly cost of this smartphone, a 5000mAh battery is still impressive. And maybe, the company could improve the battery performance for the upcoming model.
Furthermore, earlier reports also revealed some other key features of the phone. It is suggested to come with a 6.8-inch Full HD+ display complete with a dewdrop notch and fairly sizable bezels on all sides.
It could feature the Exynos 2300, which is yet to be announced. Whereas, the primary camera could be 50MP and the selfie camera could be 13MP.
Some sources have even leaked the design of the smartphone, which is similar to the upcoming Galaxy S23’s design. The Galaxy A14 smartphone has a triple rear camera setup that is placed vertically. Meanwhile, on the front side, it still has a V-shape cutout for a selfie camera.
Is Samsung really offering 25W charging with Galaxy S23 Ultra?
Samsung Galaxy S23 series is coming to compete with every flagship phone of 2023. These Galaxy devices should come with improvements but what I have heard recently is unsatisfying. A few days ago, an information started appearing online that says Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will come with just 25W fast charging capability.
It is very common that before the launch of any new smartphone, it goes through several certification procedures and this happened with the upcoming Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone as well. The device recently appeared on the FCC certification site, which suggests that it will come with 25W fast charging.
On the side, its predecessor – Galaxy S22 Ultra features a 45W fast charging capacity. What do you think about it? Is it true that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will only feature 25W fast charging? Will the upcoming phone be inferior to its predecessor?
Well, let me inform you that this is not true in any case. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is going to be a beast with its premium hardware and software functions and it can not come with degrades over the Galaxy S22 Ultra, you will only see improvements.
Samsung usually tests its phones with the same 25W charger, even if the devices have faster-charging powers. The same is the case with the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The Korean company has tested this phone with just a 25W charger on FCC. Whereas, in reality, it supports 45W fast charging.
