Samsung India site having issues, users unable to pre-order Galaxy Z Flip 4, Fold 4

Today at IST 12:00 PM, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 in India. Samsung India has also started pre-orders for these new foldable smartphones with exciting benefits and cashback, however, the official site seems to be having issues as users are unable to make their orders.

It’s not just a case of the website not working, while there are some main issues related to the promises that Samsung made while beginning the pre-reservations. While pre-ordering, added items are disappearing from the cart itself, to which, we can define server or site issues.

In addition, the VIP pass that was purchased by consumers while pre-reserving for the Galaxy Z4 series devices, showed undelivered at the time of placing the order. In some cases, the site prompts “Invalid coupon” or “VIP Pass coupon not delivered,” which shows the coupon isn’t working right now.

What’s next

According to Samsung’s pre-reservation policies, in case the consumer doesn’t use the VIP Pass during the pre-orders/pre-booking period, it will automatically be canceled and the pre-reserve amount of INR 1999 will be refunded as well.

Well, any consumer doesn’t want to leave such massive benefits and cashback by pre-ordering the Galaxy Z Flip 4 or Galaxy Z Fold 4. We asked Samsung’s customer care support but they didn’t have an immediate reply on the website issues, hoping, the problem might be fixed soon.
