Samsung SoundAssistant is one of the Good Lock modules, which is capable of completely revamping the look of your volume panel by applying different themes. But recently some Samsung SoundAssistant users have started to report about the Volume panel theming issue.
Various Samsung Good Lock users took the Samsung community to reveal that the SoundAssistant is not working well on their respective Galaxy devices. According to the users, the theme they are choosing for their volume panel is not being applied, instead, the previous setting is applied automatically.
The Samsung SoundAssistant volume panel theming issue has been reported by multiple Galaxy users. Fortunately, one of the Good Lock support team members has replied to the users’ concerns in the Samsung community and provided a solution.
It looks like the moderator does not find this to be an issue. He thinks that the system is not able to determine the themes due to some changes in the settings of users’ phones and that is why the wrong themes are being applied every time.
The moderator further asked the members to visit Settings >> Accessibility >> Visibility Improvement >> Transparency and Blur Reduction to ensure it’s turned on. That’s because the accessibility feature is for the low-vision and since its own UI is applied, the theme is not applied.
In case the problem still occurs, the moderator said users to send the log via Send an error immediately at the bottom of the Members app >> Get help >> Send an error.
