Furthermore, you can identify the June 2022 security update for your Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ through the One UI build version N970U1UEU7HVF1 and N975U1UEU7HVF1.
In order to download it, head over to Settings >> Software update >> Download and install. Now tap on the Download button followed by Install now/Schedule install. Finally, reboot your phone to start initial app optimization and get access to the new changes.
