Verizon releasing June 2022 security update for Samsung Galaxy S21

Earlier this month, Samsung released the June 2022 security patch to the Galaxy S21 series devices in addition to other flagship models in various regions. Now, Verizon is rolling out the latest Android patches released in June 2022 to its locked Galaxy S21, S21+ and S21 Ultra in the US.

According to the information, Verizon’s June 2022 update provides performance improvements and the most up-to-date Android security patches on your Galaxy S21, S21+, or S21 Ultra device. Aside from this, the package should include performance and system stability improvements alongside.

• G998USQU5CVF1: Galaxy S21 Ultra

If you are a Verizon Galaxy S21 series user in the US and haven’t yet received the June 2022 update notification, you can go to Settings to check it manually. Scroll down to enter the Software update section then tab Download and install.
