Samsung Galaxy S22 camera features rolling out to Galaxy Z Flip 3

Pre-installed with One UI 4.1, the Samsung Galaxy S22 series came with lots of new and advanced camera features. These features have recently started rolling out to other flagship Galaxy smartphones including S21, Note 20, and Z Fold 3.

Now the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is getting the Galaxy S22 camera features alongside a new software update in South America, Asia, and European markets. This is the May 2022 Android security patch update that installs system security and stability improvements for the device’s performance enhancement.

Further, according to the changelog, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 new camera features include support for Auto framing in video mode and video calls. This will detect and tracks up to 10 people and automatically adjusts the camera focus, so your camera captures all of them clearly.

Additionally, the update improves the quality of pictures taken with social or camera apps downloaded from the application store such as Instagram, Snapchat, etc.

Other than the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 new camera features, the latest update also brings fixes for various privacy and security-related issues and exploits counting 7 Critical, 23 High, and 3 Moderate levels of CVEs from Google and Samsung. These are related to the Weather app, Galaxy Themes, Setup Wizard, and others.
