According to the information, Samsung has recently released a new Health app update in which devs appear to have mistakenly listed two important unreleased products. Anyways, we are thankful for the latest One UI Health app update as it confirmed Samsung is dropping the Classic branding in favor of a Pro model of the Galaxy Watch 5.

The Korean tech giant has recently released the first One UI Watch 4.5 Beta update for the Galaxy Watch 4 consumers. At the same time, the Health app also received a 6.22.0.069 version Beta update, which doesn’t include new features or changes, while creating a blunder by mentioning the upcoming smartwatches.

Furthermore, the placeholder images suggest that the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will feature a more sporty look and design for the consumers, similar to the Galaxy Watch 4. Last year, Samsung Health’s update exposed the Galaxy Watch 4 models in placeholder images that became reality at the time of official launch, reports 9to5Google.

Recently, famous tipster IceUniverse revealed that the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro won’t feature Samsung’s iconic rotating bezel feature. Meanwhile, it will be made of expensive materials like sapphire glass and titanium for the display and body for a more premium experience.

Thanks to Samsung’s research partnership, the  Galaxy Watch 6 revolutionizes running with the University of Michigan Exercise & Sport Science Initiative. This collaboration is launched to help runners manage their health and physical activity by providing more reliable and accurate data.

The Michigan Performance Research Laboratory (MiPR) — ESSI’s core research lab — will oversee an eight-month study that uses the Galaxy Watch series to estimate the VO2 max and sweat loss of participants as they run.

The study will compare reference data against smartwatch data from both indoor (treadmill) and outdoor running trials of different distances, from 2.5km to 20km.

Runners at all levels grapple with sweat loss, dehydration and heat management, particularly during the summer months. Samsung and University of Michigan teams hope the study’s findings will further enhance smartwatch technology, giving runners more accurate measurements of their health metrics.
