[Korea too] Samsung One UI 4.1 (Android 12) update releasing for Galaxy A42 5G
Samsung is expanding the Galaxy A42 One UI 4.1 update in South Korean markets. It brings various new features as well as improved customization and privacy capabilities which give users control over many aspects and allow them to create their own optimized mobile experience.

Samsung rolled out the One UI 4.1 update to a bunch of Galaxy devices worldwide. Meanwhile, the mid-range Galaxy A42 5G is the latest to grab it. The update is currently released in Italy, however, as soon as the company ensures its stability it will reach all users.
Identified via the build version A426BXXU3DVC2, the latest update installs the March 2022 Android security patch to enhance system security. While the One UI 4.1 brings several new features to your Galaxy A42, it’s not getting the Smart Widget feature.
Besides these, Samsung Galaxy A42 One UI 4.1 update comes with the ability to turn off Game Optimization Service which reduces gaming performance. There’s Google Duo Live Share that allows you to share your screen with people you are far away from.
On the other hand, the improved RAM Plus lets you customize your phone’s RAM based on its performance, Enhanced Quick Share allows you to edit and share images with more ease, and the Grammarly-powered keyboard ensures that you won’t do typing mistakes.
Furthermore, the Galaxy S22 inspired Camera features including Night portrait functions, Pet recognition, and Light position editing, as well as photo editing tools like Reflection Eraser and Shadow Eraser are also among the top features of the new OS for your Galaxy device.
How to install manually:
Make sure to prepare a backup for your important data before you begin downloading it. However, this update will not move any of your files, we are just suggesting you have extra safety measures. Also, do start downloading it when your phone has sufficient battery.
You can download this software update by visiting the Settings of your smartphone. From here, tap on Software updates and then Download and install. Wait for the phone to check for the available software rollout and fetch it on your smartphone.
